College is always an interesting place. Even more so when you have multiple roommates. this will be the story of what can’t be said through other channels.(THEY are watching….) So, what follows and mildly precedes this post, is the tale of the Very Terrible Idea of agreeing to a triple. And trust me, not everything will end up here, not even I have that much time for incident reporting. Computer programmer in the making here, not journalist/tabloid reporter.
So, A rant about roommates. This year I have two, one is wonderful almost all the time. The other seems to think that it should be her way or the highway. she thinks that because for 19 years she was allowed to have the perfect sleeping conditions, she should still have those. Lights out at 1am! Honestly, us other two, we are gamers and night owls, and survive and thrive on little to no sleep. roommate #3 apparently failed to learn the key lesson of year 1 of college. Adapt to the situation. she can’t have everything her way, and life is hell because myself and roomie #2 are enforcing that lesson. Her version of compromise, is apparently stating that she has a problem with something, and expecting us to fix it for her. EVENTUALLY she will learn.
My older sister decided that I needed to make a blog… not entirely sure what to do with it. Make pretty colors show up. Though what is currently here is the work of someone else.
I am learning Java this summer(hopefully, if I actually do the homework my sister is assigning…) so maybe nifty things I make while learning that; Or pictures or books. I recently discovered a friends blog where she is reviewing the movies that have gotten best motion picture over the years this summer. she is awesome.
